Chicca Maralfa's "The Crime in the Mountain" is featured at the Marzà Festival – Orizzonti d'autore 2025.

An unmissable event awaits readers in the picturesque setting of Marzà, the beach nestled among the crystal-clear waters of Contrada Santo Stefano in Monopoli. On Sunday, July 27th, at 8:00 PM, Chicca Maralfa's latest novel, Il delitto della montagna (The Crime of the Mountain ), published by Newton Compton Editori, will be presented.

Nicola De Dominicis, Liberosso's editorial director, will be in conversation with the author, guiding the audience through this auteur thriller, which blends mountain atmospheres, historical memory, and psychological depth into an intense and compelling plot.

The event is part of the Marzà Festival – Orizzonti d'autore 2025, a program organized by Liberosso, an editorial and communications agency, with the aim of showcasing local and national authors, alternating major titles with unpublished or emerging works, for a summer dedicated to culture and literary quality.

The evening will be enriched by the presence of the Mondadori Bookstore in Monopoli, which will offer the volumes of the exhibition for sale and offer the public the opportunity to meet the authors.
